Your ticket will grant you access to the Grotto to visit Father Christmas within a 30-minute window. Tickets are booked in 30-minute timeslots, on arrival you will be added to the existing queue. Please do not arrive before your allocated session.

Our elves will be there to guide you through to ensure your safety is paramount and answer any questions you may have.
