to miss the fab range of freshly baked breads, cakes, and fancies that are lovingly produced by Norfolk's favourite family bakers, FLOUR & BEAN.

This family-run bakers take great pride in delivering quality artisan products (using many locally sourced produce) of the highest quality. Apart from their barista's best coffee, they offer decidedly delicious breakfasts, satisfying lunches, and gloriously indulgent teas.

At FAB we like to showcase the best of East Anglia. Our flours start life on the Holkham Estate fields before being skilfully crafted into the bread, cakes, savouries, sandwiches, and paninis that go on
our shelves.

Our deliciously smooth coffee is sourced from local independent roasters in Norfolk and is both Fairtrade and Rainforest alliance. Each of our shops has highly trained coffee baristas who’ll make your coffee just as you like it, and if you don’t, we’ll replace it, no questions asked.

Sandwiches
Our sandwiches are all made fresh daily or made to order for something bespoke. Choose your base from crusty baguettes, seeded baps or hand cut traditional or sourdough bread. See our menu for ideas, or simply create your own.
Fresh Bean Coffee
We are thrilled to work with a local independent coffee roaster who have helped us to devise the perfect ‘’Bakers Blend’’ coffee, that is smooth, well rounded and perfectly suited to baked fare..
